Fill out the online report form on the Cybertip site or call them toll free at 1-866-658-9022. Analysts are available 24/7 to provide immediate assistance.

You can also go to the Videotron site to report online abuse. Videotron’s security group handles telephone and email complaints involving Videotron customers. They will take action on matters related to all aspects of Internet safety and security: computer viruses, harassment, threats, pedophilia. All complaints are handled in the strictest of confidence. The security group deals directly with the customers involved to correct the situation as quickly as possible and works with the police when necessary. You could ask an adult to help you fill out the form if you need to make a complaint.
