You can also go to the Videotron site to report misuse of the Internet. Videotron’s security group handles telephone and email complaints involving Videotron customers. They will take action on matters related to all aspects of Internet safety and security: computer viruses, harassment, threats, pedophilia. All complaints are handled in the strictest of confidence. The security group deals directly with the customers involved to correct the situation as quickly as possible and works with the police when necessary.
